- Infants/Children over 11 kilograms will require their own seat and will be charged at a child rate.
- Mitre Peak Cruises are booked subject to availability. On occasion you may be booked onto an alternative cruise operator, we will notify you when you check in for your experience with us.
- No food is available on the cruise. Please bring a small bag with food and drink along with you.
- If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or operational issues, you will be given options to reschedule to another available trip or you can cancel and receive a full refund
- Pick up is from specified locations. Please check email confirmation from operator to confirm details. For those self driving, please check in 45 minutes prior to your departure time.
- The departure time chosen is the time we take off from Queenstown. Check in closes 30 minutes before the departure time.
